Toledo in Presidente Prudente is a private university located in the interior of the state of Sao Paulo. Founded in 1961, by Prof. Antonio Eufrásio of Toledo, offering the first law course in the region. The University was formed by a group of universities in other cities of the State of São Paulo and Paraná. All founded by the professor, who was the pioneer of higher education in the interior of Brazil.

With the creation of new courses and the growing development of his works, Toledo achieved its independence and today is referred to as one of the best Universities in Brazil. Since the start, Toledo has always been involved in social events and many politicians of today can be seen at Toledo.
